Wyoming Family Caregiver Support Program

Wyoming offers family caregiver support through the Wyoming Department of Health Aging Division and the Wyoming Aging and Disability Resource Center. Caregivers can contact ADRC navigators for information, support groups, wellness programs, respite resources, and referrals to services that help older adults and people with disabilities remain at home.

Wyoming ADRC navigators help caregivers explore support options, plan for current and future needs, find caregiver support groups and wellness programs, identify programs that assist the care recipient, and connect with respite resources. The Wyoming Family Caregiver Support Program form identifies eligibility for caregivers of people age 60 or older, caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia at any age, and caregivers of people with neurological or organic brain dysfunction.

Eligibility

  • Care recipient age: at least 60
