Separate WIC eligibility paths

  • The local program serves pregnant people, people who delivered within six months, people breastfeeding a child born within the last year, and infants or children under five, including foster children. These categories do not replace income and nutrition-risk review. [Program source]

Federal income framework

  • The July 2026–June 2027 federal table includes Guam. Federal rules allow state-agency income guidelines from 100% to 185% of poverty. Confirm Guam’s selected guideline and adjunct income-eligibility rules. The table describes income limits, not a household benefit amount. [Program source]
