Virginia Consumer-Directed Services / CCC Plus Waiver

Virginia Medicaid offers consumer-directed services for certain CCC Plus Waiver and DD Waiver services. The member or designated representative acts as employer of record for an attendant, while a services facilitator helps the member and family or primary caregiver learn employer responsibilities.

The member or designated representative handles employer responsibilities such as hiring, training, managing, and termination, with services facilitator support. CCC Plus waiver applicants need LTSS screening and Medicaid eligibility.
