1915(i) State plan HCBS¶
1915(i) State plan HCBS provides Transition Assistance Services and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services to adults over 18 with Serious Mental Illness whose income does not exceed 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Level.
Eligibility¶
- Household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
