Permanency Care Assistance Program¶
Permanency Care Assistance Program provides monthly payments of $400-$545 to relatives and fictive kin who permanently care for children in managing conservatorship, continuing until children turn 18 or 21.
Eligibility¶
- Care recipient age: at least 16
- Relationship: grandparent, other relative, non relative
