National Family Caregiver Support Program - U.S. Territories

The National Family Caregiver Support Program provides caregiver support services through grants to states and territories. In the U.S. territories, the aging network can fund information, access assistance, counseling, support groups, caregiver training, respite care, and limited supplemental services for family and informal caregivers.

Territory-administered caregiver support funded through the Older Americans Act Title III-E National Family Caregiver Support Program. Services can include caregiver information, help accessing services, counseling, support groups, training, respite care, and limited supplemental services.
