North Dakota Family Personal Care (Structured Family Caregiving)

North Dakota's Family Personal Care program pays family members through the North Dakota HCBS Medicaid waiver to provide personal care assistance to seniors and disabled adults as an alternative to nursing facility placement. The caregiver must live with the care recipient. Spouses and other family members in the same household can be paid for personal care assistance. Not technically Structured Family Caregiving but functionally similar in that family members are paid through Medicaid to provide in-home care.
