Pennsylvania Caregiver Support Program¶
The Pennsylvania Caregiver Support Program helps primary caregivers maintain a healthy ongoing relationship with their care receiver by providing care management, benefits counseling, caregiver education and training, respite and other supports, and reimbursement for eligible caregiving-related costs.
Provides care management, benefits counseling, caregiver education and training, and reimbursement for caregiving-related services or supplies such as respite care, consumable supplies, supportive services, supplemental services, home modifications, assistive devices, and services for grandparents or older relative caregivers. The program is administered by local Area Agencies on Aging.
Eligibility¶
- Household income at or below 380% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Relationship: spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, other relative, non relative
