Community First Choice Services and Personal Care Services¶
Community First Choice Services and Personal Care Services provide Medicaid-eligible individuals with assistance for activities of daily living through personal care services in home and community-based settings.
Eligibility¶
- Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
- Relationship: spouse, parent, child
