Montana Community First Choice (CFC) / Big Sky Waiver

Montana implemented the 1915(k) Community First Choice state plan option with self-direction, providing personal assistance services as a Medicaid entitlement. The Big Sky Waiver and Personal Assistance Services program also allow consumer-directed care.
