Connecticut caregivers can use Community Choices Aging and Disability Resource Centers, Area Agencies on Aging, Aging and Disability Services, and 2-1-1 Connecticut to find local aging, disability, caregiver, respite, transportation, benefits, health, legal, housing, and community support referrals.

Connecticut Aging and Disability Services says Aging and Disability Resource Centers connect older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers in Connecticut to needed services, including benefit screening, care-option advice, and care transitions, and can be reached at 1-800-994-9422. Community Choices describes Connecticut's ADRCs as an information hub linking older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers to services and supports through benefit screening, options counseling, care transitions, and transportation, with regional centers across the state. United Way of Connecticut 211 caregiver resources explain that caregivers can use 211 and Area Agencies on Aging for information, referrals, insurance counseling, specialized programs, respite, adult day programs, family caregiver subsidies, kinship caregiver resources, paid leave information, senior rides, and disability-related transportation. Connecticut Aging and Disability Services provides state-level aging and disability services and resource coordination for older adults and people with disabilities.
