Elderly, Blind, and Disabled Waiver provides Colorado Medicaid beneficiaries with disabilities home and community-based services including respite, adult day care, and home modifications.

Eligibility

  • Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
  • Care recipient age: at least 18

  • Does the person receiving care live in Colorado? — Residency is usually the first thing a program checks.
  • Is the person receiving care in the covered age range (18 or older)?
