Arizona Family Caregiver Support Program¶

Eligibility¶
- Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
- Applicant age: at least 55
- Care recipient age: at least 19 and under 59
- Must live with care recipient
- Relationship: parent, child, grandparent, other relative
