Alaska Family Caregiver Support Program¶
Alaska's Family Caregiver Support Program helps family and informal caregivers who care for older adults, people with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders, children being raised by older relatives, and adults with disabilities being supported by older relatives. Services are delivered through National Family Caregiver Support Program grantees across Alaska.
Provides information and assistance accessing services, respite, caregiver support groups, caregiver training, and supplemental services. Alaska directs caregivers to contact one of its National Family Caregiver Support Program grantees for intake and local availability.
