ACL’s Alzheimer’s Disease Programs Initiative funds state, community, and Tribal dementia service systems, the National Alzheimer’s Call Center, and the National Alzheimer’s and Dementia Resource Center. Services reach people with dementia and caregivers through these funded organizations.
